I bought my washer from a local dealer, it is FANTASTIC. I have had the washer 1 month and have no problems with it, the clothes are clean, it takes a large load, it spin drys them almost to the point of not needing any dryer time at all. We are a family of 5 and have LOTS of laundry, including cloth diapers!! Great washer at a decent price!

It's required repairs at least four times. Plastic pieces (such as the soap dispenser) are cracking. The door is difficult to close and requires slamming to properly latch. The lint filter (located underneath the bottom metal panel, requires tools to remove) clogs frequently. The metal around the door is showing more rust than a beater car in Chicago. The final straw for this machine is the control panel has died. I'm not going to pay $120 for the part, I'd rather put that money towards a different washer.

I am now at 16 months ownership, the warranty has expired and it will not go thru final spin cycle and is leaking somewhere. I am a 2 person household, the last load I tried to do consisted of a lightweight jacket, a sweater and a pair of size 4 womens jeans. I investigated thru the net and the problem has been ongoing with this since at least 2006 and they have not fixed the problem. Doubt corporate will do anything in reviewing other peoples problems. This piece of crap is going to go all thru Mid Michigan with a sign on it that says JUNK!!! and I paid $847 for it. You could not give me one of these machines, it would run my floors.
